Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully and understand your WeCare Protection Plan to obtain maximum benefit.
To maintain the validity of this agreement the customer must:

Operate the equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Move anything that has to be moved to facilitate the work.

Employ only Design Air personal or whom we authorized.

Promptly notify Design Air of anything that happens to affect the equipment.
- Any material and work in addition to this agreement will be furnished only on the customer’s written authorization.
- Design Air alone is the judge of how best to perform repairs and service under this agreement.
- This agreement will automatically be renewed from year to year on the anniversary date.
- Design Air has the right to deem this agreement invalid if payment is not received prior to the renewal date.
- This agreement can be transferred to another customer with written notice to Design Air.
- Service may not be rendered under this agreement when the customer has a past due account.
Not Covered:
- Repairs necessitated by factors beyond the control of Design Air: i.e. Future changes in Government regulation and codes, damage caused by Acts of God- lightning, pipes freezing, floods, acts of vandalism, damage by animals, etc.

The only service provided by this agreement are those described on the agreement for the equipment listed.

If your equipment requires replacing then any unused portion of this agreement will be applied to your purchase through Design Air Ltd.
