We don't just mean basic factory training, but industry training through accredited North American testing facilities like NATE and NCI. Combine that with our Engineered Best Practices developed over the last 40 years and you can be confident that you are dealing with highly skilled and professional staff at all levels.

Our Suppliers:

We choose the best! Many suppliers offer generic manufactured parts or materials. They cost less but compromise your installation. Our preferred suppliers from our ClimateCare Co-operative give us priority deliveries to allow us to keep our promised installation dates to all of our customers.

Our Guarantees:

Contractors are notorious at over-promising, under-delivering and not documenting. If for any reason you feel that you did not get the best value for your installation, let us know and we will make it right. Get everything you want in writing! We will document your installation with a 12-page survey to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job. Also, after we finish the installation, we will document our start-up and leave you with written confirmation.

Our Pricing:

There is no doubt that any chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Many contractors take short-cuts to allow them to sell at a lower price. This is especially true when it comes to the installation of your HVAC equipment. We believe that our pricing, even though higher than our competition, represents the best value you can have for your system.
